Etching and chine collet on rag paper

Inner city Melbourne became home and haven to many Greek and Italian migrants after the Second World War. With them came the prickly pear which now adorns many northern suburbs gardens and has escaped into vacant lots and railway sidings providing food and shelter for small birds. This work is part of an edition of 15.
